Mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance?

When a loan company sells Payment Protection Insurance, they are legally obliged to inform customers about the restrictions on who and what can me claimed. However, many policies have been sold with PPI automatically attached and sometimes without the prior knowledge of customers.

Experienced excessive Credit Card Charges?

Credit card companies are regulated by UK consumer law. The law states that lending companies can only charge fees in line with the cost to them when you exceed or default on the terms of your contract. They are not aloud to penalize you above or beyond that cost.

Recently, many credit card companies have limited their fees to around £12 after the 2006 recommendations from the Office or Fair Trading that suggested this was a fair amount.
