What is our fee and how will it be deducted from any settlement?

If successful in claiming compensation for you, our charge fee of 39% of the value of the settlement will be applied. We will send the rest of the settlement to you. *fee may be payable if claim is not pursued at client’s request as detailed in the terms and condition.

What length of time will my claim take to be settled?

When your lender receives a complaint, they have eight weeks to issue a response. After eight weeks they may issue a response or request more time to consider the claim. Should your claim not be settled, we may feel you have an unyielding case and pursue lenders further on your behalf through the courts or the Financial Ombudsman Service. Please note, although we pursue the claim further on your behalf our fee remains the same.

How much compensation should I expect from my claim?

As each claim is different for each individual we’re unable to provide an estimate until we have the necessary information from your lender and the claim has been assessed by one of our team.

Will my lender contact me regarding the claim?

If your lender contacts you via telephone please inform our offices. Or if any correspondences are received by post you should forwarded to Claims Advisory Group.

What do I do if a lender credits my account with a refund?

If you are sent notification that a lender has credited your account with a refund please contact Claims Advisory Group right away. Do not transfer or spend the funds until consulting with Claims Advisory Group.
